AI Consulting and Implementation for Philippine Businesses

Your team has ideas. Different departments are trying tools. Management needs to decide which opportunities deserve investment, and how to turn the best ones into working solutions.

Tellix helps Philippine companies identify AI use cases, set priorities and move the right projects into implementation.

Take the 4A AI Assessment
Who this is for

When every department has AI ideas, but the company needs a plan

You may already have employees using ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini. You may have completed AI training or built an early pilot. The next decisions involve processes, budgets, data, people and accountability.

This engagement is designed for leadership teams facing questions such as:

  • Which AI opportunities could improve reporting, operations, sales or customer service?
  • Which use cases can be implemented with the systems we already have?
  • What should we do first, and what should wait?
  • How do we control data access, accuracy and human review?
  • Who will build, own and maintain the solution?

The output is a prioritized plan that teams can act on.

Engagement approach

From business problems to an implementation plan

  1. Stage 02

    Discover

    Identify the opportunities

Work with the relevant leaders and process owners to examine workflows, recurring tasks, bottlenecks and current AI practices. Capture opportunities across the agreed departments or functions.

  2. Stage 03

    Prioritize

    Choose what is worth doing

Evaluate candidate use cases against business impact, feasibility, data readiness, cost, risk and adoption requirements. Decide which opportunities are ready for a pilot and which require preparation.

  3. Stage 04

    Build

Turn selected opportunities into working solutions

For suitable projects, continue into a separately scoped Tellix Build Program. Develop and test a practical solution with nominated client staff, including clear quality checks, documentation and capability transfer.

  4. Stage 05

    Evolve

Improve how the organization uses AI

Set ownership and success measures. Review results, refine workflows and identify the next projects. Training, coaching and continuing capability development can support the adoption plan.

Learning supports every stage. The 4A Blueprint™ helps determine whether a use case calls for Assistants, Automation, Agents or AI-First redesign.

Deliverables

What your management team receives

The agreed discovery and prioritization scope can produce:

AI opportunity inventory

A consolidated view of practical applications across the selected departments and business processes.

Prioritized use-case shortlist

A decision-ready comparison of opportunities, including business value, complexity, readiness and important risks.

Implementation roadmap

A sequenced plan showing what to pilot, what to prepare, recommended owners, dependencies and decision points.

Pilot recommendations and success measures

Clear starting requirements, review controls and the operational metrics to track.

The engagement proposal specifies which departments, workshops, reviews and deliverables are included.

Examples

Where companies often find worthwhile AI opportunities

Finance and reporting

Recurring management reports, reconciliation, variance analysis and collections monitoring.

Operations and supply chain

Status reporting, exception detection, inventory checks and structured workflow follow-ups.

Sales and customer service

Lead qualification, inquiry handling, follow-up workflows and knowledge assistants.

HR and internal knowledge

Policy questions, onboarding, document review and recurring people reports.

These examples help teams start the discussion. The right shortlist depends on each company’s actual processes and constraints.

Implementation

When you’re ready to build

Tellix can support the next step through a defined Build Program. Client team members work alongside the implementation team to create, test and improve the selected AI solution.

A well-scoped build establishes the workflow, business rules, knowledge or data sources, human review points and acceptance checks. The goal is a usable solution that the company understands how to operate and improve.

Some projects can use the client’s current Microsoft tools or workflow-automation platform. Projects needing specialized engineering or complex integration are scoped accordingly.

Why Tellix

Business-led, with implementation in view

Tellix brings together executive AI workshops, adoption advisory, use-case prioritization and practical build support. Its programs draw on The 4A Blueprint™, created by Jerry Ilao, to match AI projects to the organization’s current capabilities and business priorities.

The same approach can support an initial leadership discussion, a cross-functional discovery engagement, or the first scoped implementation with the client team.

Documented workshop outcomes: Allianz–Synergia, Metalcast and Prime Energy, with the full set at jerryilao.com/case-studies.

Starting the engagement

Start with the business question

Tell us which parts of the company you want to improve, what has already been tried, and what you want to achieve. We will recommend a suitable starting scope: leadership discussion, use-case discovery and prioritization, or an implementation engagement where requirements are already clear.

FAQ

Common questions about AI consulting with Tellix

Do we need to complete an AI workshop first?
No. Some companies start with a leadership briefing; others already use AI and are ready to identify or build specific applications. The scope depends on the organization's current practices and objectives.
What happens during use-case discovery?
We review selected workflows with business owners, identify candidate applications and compare them by potential impact, feasibility, readiness and risk. Management receives a prioritized shortlist and recommendations for next steps.
Can Tellix implement the recommended solution?
For suitable projects, yes. A Build Program is scoped separately so the required technical work, testing, team participation and handover are clear. Larger systems-integration requirements may need additional specialist resources.
Do we need a particular AI platform?
No. Tool selection follows the use case, current systems, security requirements and available skills. Existing company tools may be the best starting point.
How is this different from Jerry Ilao's consulting page?
Jerry's page explains his strategy and management-advisory approach. Tellix is the company-facing path for discovery, prioritization and implementation support, including programs delivered by teams working with client personnel.Jerry Ilao's AI consulting page
How much does the engagement cost?
It depends on how many functions and processes are involved and whether you need discovery, implementation or both. Tell us the scope and we will prepare a proposal.
