A plan for Monday morning
Everyone leaves with a personal 30-Day AI Commitment that their managers can follow up on.
Program overview
Most teams we meet have already tried ChatGPT or a similar tool. What they lack is a reliable method, clear boundaries on company information, and a plan for what to do with AI on Monday morning.
This private, hands-on program closes that gap. In one day, participants work through four modules using their own business tasks, learn to check AI output rather than accept the first answer, and leave with a personal 30-Day AI Commitment that their managers can follow up on. A pre-workshop survey lets us build the exercises around your team’s actual work.
Every module ends with participants applying the material to their own work, not watching a demo. The day runs for six hours of facilitated learning and practice, plus lunch and breaks, typically 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Who should take this program
Managers, supervisors and their teams who want to use AI to automate workflows, generate real-time insights, and make better decisions. No technical background needed, just bring your curiosity and a few of the tasks you do every week.
For marketing, HR, sales or finance teams, module 3 is replaced with that function’s module. See the function-specific programs.
Program modules
- 01
AI Essentials
Understand what AI can and cannot do, work through the three mindset shifts that separate teams who get results from teams who dabble, and identify the tasks in your own role where AI helps most. Set the ground rules on information boundaries and human judgment before the exercises begin.
- 02
Prompt Engineering
Learn the RTC-FR framework (Role, Task, Context, Format, Rules) and use it to give clearer instructions, supply the right context, and fix weak responses. Practice on real communication, research, and problem-solving tasks from your work, and save the prompts that worked.
- 03
Analysis, Reporting, and Visualization
Use AI on data or documents to find patterns, build an analysis, and present the findings as a report or chart. Learn to check calculations, assumptions, and sources so the output is something you would put your name on.

The 4A Blueprint
Jerry's roadmap for AI adoption: Assistants, Automation, Agents, and AI-First. Locate where your team is today, decide which stage fits its work, and identify the people, data, and systems needed to move further.
What you will walk away with
- A repeatable prompting method: the RTC-FR framework (Role, Task, Context, Format, Rules) that works in any AI tool.
- Three to five reusable prompts, built during the day on their own recurring tasks and ready to use the next morning.
- Hands-on experience producing and checking a real analysis, report, chart, or research output.
- A clear picture of what AI can and cannot do, and how to handle company information responsibly.
- A personal 30-Day AI Commitment: up to three workplace tasks, the expected benefit of each, and the support needed to start.
