AI for Marketing and Sales

Your campaigns, your pipeline

The exercises use your own briefs, posts, leads and proposals, not generic examples.

Brand and customer first

Participants learn to refine AI output so it reflects your brand and connects with your audience.

A plan for Monday morning

Everyone leaves with reusable prompts and a personal 30-Day AI Commitment that their managers can follow up on.

Program overview

Most marketing and sales teams have already tried ChatGPT for a post or an email. What they lack is a reliable method, clear boundaries on customer information, and a way to make the output sound like the company rather than the tool.

This is the Tellix practical AI day with module 3 built for your function. Marketing teams work on research, campaign planning and content. Sales teams work on prospect research, meeting preparation, follow-ups and proposals. A mixed room does both. A pre-workshop survey lets us build the exercises around your team’s actual campaigns and pipeline.

Who should take this program

Marketing teams, sales teams, and the managers who run them. No technical background needed. Bring a current brief, a few recent posts or emails, and the proposals and follow-ups you send most often.

What we cover

Program modules

  1. 01

    AI Essentials

Understand what AI can and cannot do, work through the three mindset shifts that separate teams who get results from teams who dabble, and identify the tasks in your own role where AI helps most. Set the ground rules on information boundaries and human judgment before the exercises begin.

  2. 02

    Prompt Engineering

Learn the RTC-FR framework (Role, Task, Context, Format, Rules) and use it to give clearer instructions, supply the right context, and fix weak responses. Practice on real communication, research, and problem-solving tasks from your work, and save the prompts that worked.

  3. 03

    AI for Marketing

Use AI to research your market and customers, plan campaigns, and create content, from social media posts and ad copy to emails and visuals. Learn to refine the output so it reflects your brand and connects with your audience.

  4. 04

    AI for Sales

Use AI to research prospects, prepare for meetings, draft follow-ups and proposals, and keep your CRM notes and pipeline analysis current. Learn to check the output so every message fits your offer and your customer.

  5. 05

    The 4A Blueprint

Jerry's roadmap for AI adoption: Assistants, Automation, Agents, and AI-First. Locate where your team is today, decide which stage fits its work, and identify the people, data, and systems needed to move further.

What you will walk away with

  • A repeatable prompting method: the RTC-FR framework (Role, Task, Context, Format, Rules) that works in any AI tool.
  • Three to five reusable prompts, built during the day on their own recurring tasks and ready to use the next morning.
  • Hands-on experience producing and checking real marketing content, research, follow-ups or proposals.
  • A clear picture of what AI can and cannot do, and how to handle customer and company information responsibly.
  • A personal 30-Day AI Commitment: up to three workplace tasks, the expected benefit of each, and the support needed to start.
