Allan is a technopreneur at heart and the founder and Chief AI Strategist at Predictive Systems, Inc., an AI-driven software development company. Before this, he established Ideyatech in 2007, driven by a passion for creating innovative and impactful solutions. In 2017, Ideyatech was acquired by MonstarLab, a global software firm with over 26 offices worldwide. With more than 20 years of experience in information technology, Allan has honed his expertise in both the technical and managerial aspects of software development.
Allan is also an AI scientist, building various automation solutions using safe and responsible AI. Additionally, he is a board director of the Philippines Software Industry Association and a co-director of Founder Institute Manila, a startup accelerator from Silicon Valley that helps aspiring entrepreneurs build their dream startups.
